A collectors' item and a quality keepsake!

The Tulsa Ornament for 1990 The Great Spirit
This year’s ornament celebrates our majestic The Great Spirit statue which can be found in Tulsa's Woodward Park. Presented to the City of Tulsa by the Central High School foundation in 1985, it was dedicated to Central High and Tulsa Public Education.

It is an enlarged replica of the original Cyrus Dallin sculpture, made in 1909, and on display at the Museum of Fine Art in Boston, MA. A smaller reproduction stood for many years in the old Central High School (featured ornament for 1995) and is now in CHS's new location.

The backpiece shows a view of Woodward Park's rock gardens and footbridge with azelas, tulips, dogwoods and redbuds below stately hardwoods and evergreens.
