This ornament honors Tulsa's Fire Station No. 5.
Built in 1917 and remodeled in 1932, Tulsa's Fire Station No. 5 is Tulsa's oldest fire station still in operation at the original site.
The back piece shows Old Spanish Colonial architecture seen at the top of the profile, in the wrought iron balconies under arches and windows and in the terra cotta tile "eyebrow" roofs.
The front piece shows a hydrant, hose and three Tulsa firefighters in action. This year's ornament celebrates and honors all our local heros - all Tulsa firefighters.
